The atmosphere here strikes a perfect balance between casual ease and the warm bustle of a neighborhood sanctuary. There's a comforting rhythm to the space, carried by the faint crackle of the smoker outside and the subtle hum of good music blending in with friendly conversations. Locals and travelers alike are drawn in by a magnetic scent that wraps around you the moment you approach—the unmistakable promise of wood-smoked meats with that island-inspired twist.

Holy hell—where do I even start? I’m a chef, and we only ended up here because an excursion got canceled and we decided to wander around and grab some local food. The plan was to walk into town… but the smell of their BBQ said “absolutely not.” I went up intending to order brisket—turns out that magical smell was the brisket still doing its thing—so I pivoted to the jerk chicken. It comes with two sides, and I chose the street corn and apple slaw. That street corn? Curry, coconut milk, tajín, cilantro… 9.5/10 all day long. The apple slaw was bright, balanced, and absolutely crushed it at 9.2/10. As for the jerk chicken—it was a hair overcooked, but still insanely juicy, and flavor-wise? Hands down the best jerk chicken I’ve ever had 9.8. I could talk about the food all day, but the real star of the show was the incredibly sweet woman serving us—answering my endless questions with patience and genuine warmth. Highly, highly recommend this place. Side note: I told my wife that this meal—eaten off disposable plates with plastic forks—was the best meal I’ve had in a very long time. That says everything. Added a photo of the place from our ship so you know what to look for.

We went there yesterday, and we haven’t stopped talking about the food. The jerk chicken is crazy good. The spices infused with the smoke made this by far the best bite on our trip. It’s obvious they know what they are doing with the smokers. My son devoured his chicken wings. The sides was also delicious. Some vibey music mixed with some potent cocktails made this an unforgettable meal. We can’t wait to hit it when we return next year. Continued success for many many years. Cheers!

Eustace is a master of his craft. I've been to all the best bbq places in Memphis, Texas, KC, etc. and this is up there with the top chefs. Ribs were fall off the bone and had delicious flavor, smoked mac n cheese was phenomenal, coconut rice was delicious. The curried potato salad was a unique addition as well and tasted great. Be sure to try the Cinnamon toast crunch shots and the passion fruit margarita as well.

Screw the cruise ship & excursion food, this is where you need to prioritize, especially if you are wanting to stay in port on foot. This man loaded us up with at least 2lbs of brisket on a platter, which wasn’t even a special today! Most BBQ places don’t put much effort into the sides, but here they are as much front-runners as the main items. Lemonade and limeades also excellent. Every ingredient fresh. Thank you for taking the BBQ craft seriously! Absolutely World Class. Eustace is the man. GO HERE.

We visited here back in the summer whilst on our cruise and we’re still thinking about it! We were visiting from the UK and got the special at the time, that and the smoked mac and cheese are to die for!! Would highly recommend visiting here for a bite to eat whilst exploring off a ship, you will not regret it. Worth every penny, keep it up!

The ribs here are DELICIOUS!! We were lucky to stop here on a night when they had a guy playing the drum which was very relaxing. This place truly lives up to the 5 stars! Ribs, coconut rice and smoked Mac is a real WINNER

So, the fact that this is technically a food truck with picnic tables might give one pause about a 5 star review on "atmosphere", but this is the Caribbean Islands. It was perfect. Nice breeze, smooth island music wafting through the yard, and the smell of fantastic BBQ rising over the hut. And right next to the water (harbor water, but still water!) Magical. The service was incredibly friendly. They were a little backed up, but very aware and sympathetic... Just a testament to how good the food is. I had Chili Lime Mahi... I have never had fish so perfectly cooked and seasoned. There was a tang that just kept giving every time you went back for more. Just the right burn. I had the smoked mac & cheese... So creamy, perfectly al dente, and an incredible subtle flavor. And I finished it off with an order of green apple slaw... Fresh, crisp, creamy, and the apple provided a perfect twang and sweetness... If I could bottle this and bring it to Utah, it would be a huge hit. But the island allure is impossible to get anywhere else. 5 stars may be too few... It's a perfect authentic local experience for vacation! Highly, highly recommend.

This is a hidden gem in St Thomas! Tucked away in a corner next to one of the main marinas, it is worth the 4 minute walk. We had the jerk chicken, chili lime fish, and fish taco salad along with the coconut rice, apple slaw, Mac n cheese, and street corn. Everything we ate was 1000000% heaven. Our cashier/server was a friendly man who has great taste in music (although I can't remember his name). The hot sauce was spicy and full of flavor. For me, the chili lime fish and coconut rice were the stars of the show, but all of it was delicious. The flavors were spot on and the meats were tender, perfectly cooked. I cannot recommend this place enough and I'm sad we are on a cruise and are only able to try it once. We will be back again when we visit for sure.
